Executive Profiles

David Biglen, Owner & Principal Broker
Before founding Greenbridge Properties, David Biglen was an analyst and asset manager for a private equity firm with a financial stake in 10,000 multifamily and residential units. David has been involved with the purchase, management and disposition of almost one billion dollars in multifamily and residential real estate throughout the western US. David has a graduate degree in real estate investment and development from Portland State University.

David is also an active volunteer for the Portland non-profit, New Avenues for Youth, and currently serves as the President of the 19 member Ambassador Board of Directors. Additionally, he often volunteers with their PAVE program which helps underprivileged youth find stable employment. David lives in Beaverton with his wife Deena and son Connor.

Donald E. Brown, Associate Broker
Don is a real estate finance professional with business consulting background, including experience in business process engineering, business systems implementation and all phases of real estate development. Don has more than twenty years of business management experience and over fifteen years of real estate investment experience. In addition to his real estate license, Don has been a certified public accountant since 1983.

Don is also an award winning painter with a specialty in portraiture and mixed media abstract. His work has been displayed in art galleries around the country. Don and his wife Vicki live in Portland.
